This tabletop exercise of a coronavirus response is presented by Customs and Border Protection in cooperation with the City of Mountain on Thursday, March 19, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The event will be held at the Mountain Community Center, 286 2nd Ave., Mountain, ND.  

This is an opportunity to network with local, county, state, and federal agencies from ND, MN, and Canada.  The Mountain Café will be open for lunch, providing a burger bar for exercise participants.  The cost of the meal is the responsibility of each participant.

AWR 347 Climate Adaptation Planning for Emergency Managers will be held August 31, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and continued September 1, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Ramkota Hotel, 800 S. 3rd Street, Bismarck, ND.  This training is held in conjunction with the 2020 ND Emergency Management Conference.

The ND Department of Emergency Services is sponsoring G2300 Intermediate EOC Functions, July 14-16, 2020 at the Quality Inn, 1030 E Interstate Ave., Bismarck.  Class will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end by 5:00 p.m. each day. 

ICS 300 and ICS 400 is scheduled for February 18-21, 2020 at the Steele County Courthouse, 201 Washington Ave. W., Finley, ND.  

ICS 300 Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents,provides training on and resources for overall incident management skills for personnel who require intermediate application of the Incident Command System (ICS).

ICS 100 and ICS 200 will be hosted by Enbridge on May 5, 2020 at their offices, 1600 2nd Ave SW, Suite 16, Minot, ND.  There is no cost to the public to attend.  Class will be taught by ND Certified ICS Instructor, Amanda Schooling.  Class will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m.

This course is designed for both new and experienced city, county, or tribal emergency managers and new employees at NDDES and is required for Emergency Managers receiving Emergency Management Performance Grant funding, and also for ND Emergency Management Association Level 1 Certification.  Emergency managers will benefit by meeting NDDES program management staff, getting first-hand information on program requirements and state emergency operations, and meeting other co
