WebEOC is a secure, web-enabled incident management tool used by the State of North Dakota, specifically the ND Department of Emergency Services (NDDES), to coordinate state support to local and tribal governments and provides a direct link from the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) to local and tribal EOCs. The system is used by state agencies and local and tribal emergency managers to report, track, and coordinate response efforts on a daily basis and during emergencies or disasters. WebEOC provides agencies real-time situational awareness and a common operating picture of ongoing incidents throughout the state. Data is entered and viewed on various status boards via WebEOC allowing all authorized federal, state, local, tribal and voluntary agencies simultaneous access.
The transition to the WebEOC Nexus platform is upon us. Beginning Thursday, January 1st, 2026, no new information will be put into the legacy WebEOC system.
The existing WebEOC system will be available for a short period to allow users to perform document cleanup as we complete the migration to the new platform, but all new work should be performed on Nexus.
The login process has been unified for all users; we no longer use separate links for internal (NDGOV) and external users.
