Southeast Human Service Center - Fargo, Wahpeton, Lisbon, or Mayville, ND - Clinician **Sign on Bonus up to 2 months' salary** This position is eligible for an 9% pay differential in addition to the base salary. As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends. This rewarding career works with adolescents and their families by tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services. You will function as part of an FFT team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation from FFT trained clinicians. This position can be located in Fargo, Wahpeton, Lisbon, or Mayville, ND and may be eligible for hybrid or in-office/remote work. Typical work schedule includes evenings and the ability to be flexible to meet the scheduling needs of families. Disease Control and Forensic Pathology - Remote in North Dakota - Disease Surveillance Coordinator Make a difference working with the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to help the citizens of ND improve the length and quality of life. The NDHHS is seeking a Foodborne, Waterborne, and Zoonotic Disease Surveillance Coordinator to work in the HHS Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology Unit. As the Foodborne, Waterborne, and Zoonotic Disease Surveillance Coordinator , you will conduct foodborne and waterborne disease surveillance and lead associated outbreak responses in North Dakota. You will also conduct zoonotic disease surveillance as part of an epidemiology team to prevent human illness, hospitalizations, and deaths. Each day, you will analyze routine surveillance data collected from individuals with enteric, foodborne, and waterborne illness to identify disease trends, track infections, identify clusters, and compile reports. You will use your epidemiological skills to collect, maintain, report, and interpret information from surveillance data, genomic data, and relevant risk factors. You will apply investigative techniques to identify and coordinate outbreak investigations with local and federal partners. You will also provide education and outreach for preventing and controlling illness and further transmission. Furthermore, you will work on a team to conduct surveillance, analyze, and educate on zoonotic diseases. You will work with various state and federal partners to develop risk communication, implement supplemental surveillance, investigate cases, and build relationships.
