You may also participate in a rotating on call with other directors and clinical staff on an occasional basis. To be considered for this position, you must be 21 years of age and have a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or clinical field; AND two years of professional experience in the treatment of children diagnosed with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). Preferred qualifications include Doctorate in Psychology and licensure as a Psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners. OR A master's degree and clinical licensure (counseling, social work); Previous supervisory experience or previous experience working with youth in an inpatient/residential setting. Minimum Qualifications

A LBSW and/or background in social work is preferred, but not required for this position.This position requires a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, education, human services, child development and family science, or criminal justice. Two years of professional work experience as a social worker, child protective service worker, or professional case manager. A master's degree may substitute for one year of the work experience requirement.
